Resetting Your Vocci Ring

To fully reset the connection between your ring and the Vocci App, follow these steps:

Navigate to Reset

1. Go to the Sessions page in the app.
2. Tap on the Ring Status bar (showing the "Connected" status).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Equipment Center and tap Reset.

Complete the Reset

1. On the Reset page, select Unpair Ring. This will disconnect the ring from your current account and clear its pairing data.
2. Once the unbinding is finished, follow the Pairing Guide to link the ring to your phone again.
3. The reset is complete once the ring is successfully re-paired.
