Please note that cross-platform subscriptions cannot be converted directly; any changes to your plan must be processed through the channel where you originally purchased your membership.

Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade from a lower-tier membership (e.g., Plus) to a higher-tier membership (e.g., Pro), your new benefits take effect immediately.
Unified Rule Across All Platforms (App Store / Google Play / Stripe): All upgrades follow a standard "Remaining Value Rollover" framework without issuing cash refunds. The system automatically calculates the exact cash value of your remaining days on the original plan and converts that value into "extra days" applied directly toward your new higher-tier billing cycle. Consequently, your next auto-renewal date will automatically be extended and pushed back.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you choose to switch from a higher-tier membership (e.g., Pro) to a lower-tier membership (e.g., Plus or Starter):
App Store Channels (App Store / Google Play)
Next-Cycle Effect: The downgrade will not take effect immediately. You will continue to enjoy all premium Pro features for the remainder of your current paid billing cycle. The platforms do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.
The Switch Point: The lower-tier plan will officially become active on your next scheduled billing date, and you will be charged the new, lower rate moving forward.
Official Web Portal (Stripe)
Immediate Downgrade Settlement: We support immediate mid-cycle downgrades on our web channel. The system will switch off the higher-tier benefits instantly and apply the "prorated day-by-day calculation" rule — returning the remaining cash balance to your payment channel.
