Device Binding Limits and Starter Allowance Rollover
Reasonable Account Binding Limit: To accommodate users who change or update their primary daily email address, each unique Vocci hardware device is permitted to unbind and rebind with up to 3 different Vocci email accounts within a single calendar year.
Automatic Monthly Renewal: At 00:00 on the 1st day of each calendar month, the system will automatically reset and distribute the monthly Starter free allowance to accounts that have previously paired a Vocci Ring and are currently in an active paired status. If your account is not currently paired with any ring at this timestamp, the free allowance for that month will not be granted.
First-Time Pairing Welcome Bonus: Whenever a Vocci Ring is paired and activated for the very first time on our network, the pairing Vocci account will immediately receive a standard Starter plan allowance, regardless of the date.
Restrictions on Irregular Refunds and Abnormal Usage
Computing Resource Protection: If an account exhibits abnormal behavior — such as executing high-volume, high-frequency AI transcriptions and interactions within a compressed timeframe followed by an irregular high-value refund request through a payment channel — the system reserves the right to intervene to preserve server infrastructure stability.
Temporary Suspension of Cloud Features: Once the system detects an irregular refund pattern as described above, the Vocci hardware device (identified by its SN) paired with that account will automatically enter a temporary review status. While in this state, the device will be temporarily restricted from accessing cloud-based premium features (including standard transcription and summaries) across any account network.
How to Restore Service: Legitimate users who find themselves in this situation do not need to worry. Simply contact our support team at support@vocci.ai. Once the actual cloud computing costs incurred during the irregular refund window are resolved, your hardware's full suite of features will be reactivated immediately.
