You can cancel your Vocci AI Membership subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your current premium benefits will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
What Is a Cancellation?
Vocci Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. When you choose to "Cancel Subscription," you are simply turning off automatic renewal for the next cycle. Your current plan will stay active until it expires, and you will not be charged again. Once the current period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan.
How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal
The steps to cancel your subscription depend on the billing platform you used to make your original purchase:
If You Subscribed via the iOS App Store
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select Vocci from the list, then tap Cancel Subscription.
If You Subscribed via the Google Play Store
- Open Google Play on your Android device and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
- Locate Vocci in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
If You Subscribed via the Official Web Portal
- Go to our official website and log in to the Member Center / My Account.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal. Verify your registered email address to proceed.
- Locate your active Vocci subscription, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Refund Policy and Eligibility
The application, review, and processing of refunds are managed entirely by the billing platform used for your purchase:
iOS App Store & Google Play Store
Because Apple and Google operate entirely independent billing systems, the Vocci team does not have the administrative authority to issue refunds directly for these transactions.
- iOS Users: Please contact Apple Support directly to submit a refund request.
- Android Users: Go to your Google Play Order History page, select the specific Vocci order, and request a refund.
Note: Once our system receives a notification from the respective platform confirming your refund, your Plus/Pro benefits will be revoked immediately, and your account will be downgraded.
Official Web Portal (Stripe)
If you request a mid-cycle cancellation or plan change on our official web portal (including downgrades from Pro to Plus, Plus to Starter, or Pro to Starter), we align with standard platform rules by supporting prorated refunds calculated by the day:
Refund Calculation: The system determines your usage fee based on the exact number of days your current plan was active. The cash value of your remaining unused days will then be refunded to your original payment method on a prorated basis.
Data Security After Refund/Downgrade
When your subscription expires or successfully downgrades to a lower-tier plan (such as Plus or Starter), your previously saved cloud recordings and transcriptions will never be deleted by the system. However, if your total cloud storage volume exceeds the limit of your new plan (10GB for the Plus plan, 2GB for the Starter plan), the system will pause the syncing, uploading, and transcribing of new recordings until you clear enough files to bring your storage back below your current plan's limit.
