What does ring vibration mean?

These pulses confirm that your manual input (clicks or long presses) is successfully registered.

2. Automatic Alerts & Reminders

The ring proactively vibrates to notify you of its status or to alert you when an action cannot be completed.

Status Reminders

• Hourly Recording Reminder: To ensure you know recording is still active, the ring will emit 1 pulse every hour during a session.

System Alerts

• Low Battery or Storage: If the ring has insufficient power or space to start recording—or if it must stop an ongoing session due to these limits—it will emit 2 slow pulses.
• Recording Failure (System Error): If a recording fails to start due to a non-battery/storage malfunction, the ring will emit 3 pulses.
