Are returns and exchanges available for the Vocci Ring?

Yes. A return or exchange without a reason is accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, for both pre-order and later purchases.

Please make sure the original packaging remains intact and return the complete product: the ring, the charging case and the cable.

For a return that is not caused by a product defect, a USD 10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund and original shipping fees are not refunded; opened or used items may incur a refurbishing fee. A non-defect exchange, for example for a different size, costs USD 10 for exchange shipping. Each item can be returned once for a refund or exchanged once, and a return or refund is not available after an exchange.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Support within 14 days of receipt without using it; a confirmed return or exchange in that case is free of charge.
